27th Sep 2014 | by Arun Deva

Rasayana is to enter into essence. Yogarasayana is the heart (essence) of yoga. Starting with therapeutic vinyasa flow, adding yoga nidra followed by deep pranayama; we continue into chanting to Shiva and eventually find ourselves at this heart of yoga: the stillness of a contemplative trance.
All levels welcome.
